Our smoked fish products are produced in small batches using only handpicked, fresh farm-raised Atlantic Salmon fillets, hardwood smoke and all-natural ingredients. The small amount of oil you may find on the surface of our jerky is the omega-3 containing oil naturally found in Atlantic Salmon.
